Our ideal candidate will have experience working and learning in a machine shop (5+ years). The ideal candidate will come in to run machines while working under a senior machinist. This position involves working with Haas CNC mills, CNC lathes (Mazak/others), and other manual machines. Current experience running machines is essential. CNC Programming experience is not required; our machinists work off of run sheets delivered from our in-house CNC programmers.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in part modeling with SolidWorks (3+ years), CAM programming (SolidCAM best, MasterCAM ok), and job scheduling. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Our hours are flexible as long as you’re here during core hours, 10am – 3pm.

AMILLia is the biggest one of our mills. She has a 80″ x 40″ table size and takes up most of the middle of the new shop! Still being able to hit tenths, she brings not only precision, but size to the mix. She is powered up and ready to go! She is working hard to push out awesome parts!

MILLinda is a Haas DM-1 mill with 20″x16″ travel and 15000 RPM spindle speed. She is specified at 2 tenths of an inch accuracy and VERY fast!! Along with her sister, she ups our speed and accuracy!

CaMILLe is a Haas VM3. This is a mold quality machine that allows us to create parts at tenths or better. The table size is 40″x20″.
