Our Mission

Evolve Engineering and Software (EES) is a company that was founded with one goal in mind: to solve problems. It was founded in 2014 by Steven Dunn and Zach Gremillion, two members from very different backgrounds. This interdisciplinary talent is one of the main things that set EES apart from other companies. The solutions are often better developed, easier to integrate and more expandable than the competition. Rather than just help with one step of the process we are able to help at every step along the way.

Zachary Gremillion

Zachary Gremillion is a mechanical engineer of 16 years. He has worked at several good companies. He has a high degree of knowledge and intelligence to bring to bat for the companies we work with.

Specific Skills : Solidworks 3d modeling, Design for Manufacturing, Mastercam code, G-code, CNC machining, VBA, Matlab, Mathcad, Mathematica, Assembly, Welding, Manual Milling, Manual Lathing and Machine and Component Rebuilding.

Steven C Dunn

Steven Dunn is a software engineer of 20+ years. He has worked at many big large and known companies. With his experience and wisdom, he will help evolve companies into their future.

Specific Skills : C/C++, Objective C, Java, VBA, HTML, JavaScript, ESRI Suite, WebLogic, Eclipse IDE, Visual Studio Suite, Apache Server, Rational Rose, Android App Development, iPhone App Development.

Mark Anello

Machine Shop Manager/Lead Machinist

Mark is a machinist of 40+ years. He has honed his skills to be able to ensure he can figure out how to make any part that is presented to him. Along with this, he is able to offer suggestions in maching that a lower level machinist would not be able to. Mark is a great asset to the EES.

Logan Franz

Cam Manager / Project Coordinator

Logan has been in the machining industry since he was a kid running around on his dad's shop floor. He is in the position to manage all of the CAM programmers as well as ensure the workflow continues efficiently and well. He is most useful to ensure a smooth process.

Rick Berman

QA Inspector

Rick has helped EES to grow by final inspecting parts and end work on parts. From tapping, deburring and reaming holes to first artical inspections, he helps us ensure that the parts that leave our facility are top notch!

Matthew Vang

CAD Designer

Matt has 9 years of machining of experience before coming here as a CAD designer. He is currently working on getting his Mechanical Engineering Degree. The education combined with the experience helps Matt to design parts for machining.

Jordy Campos

CNC CAM Programmer

Jordy cam to us while still in a machining program at CDC. He spent 3 years in the machining department before moving to the CAM department. He works hard at providing solid programs for the machinists to make parts with.

Jeff Peeples

Apprentice Machinist

The years of experience in the Marine Corps has helped Jeff gain responsibility for doing a good job. Jeff works hard at ensuring the machines keep running for us. He has been working in the industry for three years now.

Erik Stevenson

Apprentice Machinist / Blacksmith / Craft Welder

Erik lends not only his years of dedication to the Marine Corps, but experience in variety of manufacturing fields. His experience and wisdom is vital in the success of EES.

Devon Supry

Apprentice Machinist

Devon has been in the industry 3 years now. He is very hardworking and meticulous. His dedication to the job ensures that the parts he creates are the best they can be as they come off the machine.

Jackson Cahn

CAD Designer/CNC CAM Programmer

Being one of EES's first employees, Jackson has been instrumental in getting EES to where we are now. Not only can he run machines and program for them, but he now takes on big design projects to boot.

Karl (Kita) Struss

General Machine Shop Helper

Kita is a recent employee, but definitely worth mentioning. His positive attitude and glowing personality goes a long way to help the atmosphere of the shop. That combined with his willingness to do anything to get the job done leads to things getting done.

Garret Provow

Material Management

Garrett works tirelessly to ensure that our material is organized to best deliver it quickly to where it goes. Keeping the material inventory up to date, cutting blanks for the machines, entering material into inventory and even helping with odd jobs around the shop.
