Embeded Programming
Modern embedded products are increasingly dependent on complex software architectures to provide the rich features that end-users expect. In order to hit aggressive schedules, today’s embedded software engineering teams need to have expertise that is up-to-date, broad and deep. EES does well under this pressure.
EES offers a wide range of embedded software design and development capabilities. Our experienced team of software engineers has expertise in requirements analysis, system architectures, code development and integration testing for microcontrollers and Digital Signal Processors (DSPs). We can create consumer product devices and can meet the exacting requirements of different types of devices. We can implement user interfaces with buttons and LEDs. We can also implement color LCDs with touch screen capability. We can build a product from the ground up using OS's such as Embedded Linux®, Embedded Windows® or others. We will rapidly develop products from a proof-of-concept prototype, a ready-to-manufacture design or a working machine ready for market.
There are several different types of databases that EES can develop with. Oracle, SQL Server and Access are just a few. The type of database that a company would need for their requirements would be determined by the scale, amount of users, the amount of data, what it would be used for and cost. Those factors, among others, would be looked at by EES's Software Engineering Division to determine the best database solution for the company contracting with us.
EES's experience in embedded software development starts at the highest architectural design levels and extends to the ability to integrate software with hardware. Our embedded engineers are comfortable working side-by-side with our Mechanical Systems Design Division and Machining & Manufacturing Division to create a robust solution that will allow for the best possible solutions for our customers. Our team has worked at all levels of embedded software development, including C and assembly code all the way up to embedded Java and JavaScript.
